10 Ways I stay positive

I often struggle with keeping positive, no matter how much personal development I do. Believe me it’s a lot… sometimes I just have to say to myself GET A GRIP.  You know wellbeing is huge and once you have it right in your head everything else drops into place.

Ways I cope with blocking out the negativity and stopping it from taking hold…

1) Play fast paced dance music, at the moment it’s Beyonce 7/11 on repeat super loud.

2) Thing of positive things happening in the next couple of days. This helps me refocus on the good stuff.

3) Eat something nice that I enjoy (healthy as possible)

4) Read some personal development, helping me stay on track.

5) Go to the coast or an area with lots of grass… countryside open Areas. Love #bamburgh

6) In my head (should really start writing this down) plan what I am going to look like and how I will feel when I reach thag point and what I will do. #imagination

7) Make a cuppa

8) Write down negative thoughts and write beside them the positive alternative.

9) Not worrying about finances and everyday boring bills, focusing on having plenty and never worrying again.
